How is shipping cost determined?
Shipping within the USA we charge just one rate of $7.95 via UPS Ground. If overnight we charge one rate of $22.95 via UPS Ground. An order may contain as Many products as you wish to order and still remain the same shipping charge. What type of payments are acceptable? We will accept Master Card, Visa and Discover card. We also provide Paypal as an option. Is it safe to use my bank card or credit card when ordering at checkout? We are using an ECI merchant account which includes a state-of-the-art fraud prevention program. This tool will keep our customers safer than ever from becoming victims of fraud. Do I have to pay tax? Only buyers who live in New York state will have to pay sales tax. How would I know if a product is in stock? Most orders will ship within a day or two of the time in which the purchase order was placed. On very rare occurrences an item may be out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible,within a 48 hour time frame. How can I track my order? We will send you an email with a tracking number and the link to www.ups.com. Enter your tracking number and you will be able to see where en-route your package is? |
