Return Policy
We offer a return policy of 30 days from date from receipt or purchase. Returned Merchandise must be complete in original packaging and resalable. Opened and/or unsealed DVD'S,CD'S and cartography are not returnable unless defective and then may only be returned for replacement. Special Order items may not be returned. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Backorder Policy On very rare occurrences an item may be out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible,within a 48 hour time frame. You then will have 3 options. 1. Wait until the item is restocked and then it will be immediately sent to you. It may take 1 to 4 weeks before the item is available. 2. Look around our store and choose another item which has approximately the same value as the original item purchased and receive an 10% discount on that item. 3. Receive a refund for the item which was purchased and out of stock presently. Shipping Policies We ship via UPS ground @$7.95 or UPS overnight $22.95 within USA. An order may contain as Many products as you wish to order and still remain the same shipping charge. Damaged Goods Policy Defective DVD'S,CD'S and cartography are returnable for replacement.
